Mr. Daljit Singh has been serving as a Director on the Board of the Company since 12 November 2012. He brings over 18 years of extensive experience in the RAC and B2B manufacturing sector and has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic expertise.
Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Singh worked with Morgan Stanley, New York, for a period of six years, where he began his career as a Graduate Trainee. His deep industry knowledge and global exposure have played a pivotal role in transforming the Company into a total solution provider for the HVAC industry.
Mr. Singh also serves on the Board of Amber Enterprises India Limited, the holding company, as its Managing Director.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering from Nagpur University and a Master’s degree in Information Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
Mr. Sanjay Kumar Arora has been serving as a Director on the Board of the Company since 16 May 2024. He is also a Whole Time Director on the Board of the Company’s sister concern, IL JIN Electronics (India) Private Limited.
Mr. Arora played a pivotal role in conceptualising and executing the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) business for the Amber Group. Under his leadership, the Electronics Division achieved significant scale and established itself as a leading player in the EMS industry.
He continues to spearhead the Electronics Division, driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
Mr. Arora is a results driven Electrical Engineer, specialising in Electronics and Television Technology, with nearly four decades of experience across leading Indian and multinational organisations, including Onida, LG, and the Amber Group. He has a proven track record in manufacturing operations, after sales service, sales, and execution of greenfield projects.
Mr. Harpreet Sukhija has been serving as a Whole Time Director, designated as a Key Managerial Personnel, on the Board of the Company since 05 August 2024.
He has been associated with the Company since 20 August 2018 and he served as the Plant Head of PICL and President – Motor Division of the Company.
Mr. Sukhija is responsible for the overall operations of the Motor Division, with a strong focus on business development, introduction of new products and categories, and execution of expansion strategies. He plays a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and converting prospects into customers. Under his leadership, the Company has witnessed notable improvements in sales, revenue, product offerings, talent acquisition, customer service, and brand visibility.
He holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Technical University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics (PGDBA) with specialisation in Operations Management from Symbiosis University.
